How do I claim the bracelet or the wallet?

You do not. Add two pieces and the bracelet comes with your order; add three or more and the wallet comes with it. There is no code to enter.

What arrives in the parcel?

The sweater exactly as photographed, with any gifts your order has earned.

How should it be cared for?

Wash in cold water, air dry, iron at low temperature when necessary

What if the size is wrong?

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Write to contact@zafren.co with your order number and we will reply with the return address and instructions. The piece has to come back unused and in its original packaging, return postage is paid by you, and once it reaches us and has been checked we refund the payment method you used. If it arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days and we will exchange or repair it at no cost to you.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping is free, with delivery estimated at 7 to 15 days. Express runs 5 to 12 days and its fee is shown at checkout. The estimate for your own address appears before you pay, and your tracking link is emailed the moment the parcel leaves.
